Dr. Kavitha Ravi believes in improving the oral health of the patients by emphasizing on preventing, diagnosing and treating diseases affecting gums and teeth. Dr. Ravi obtained her Fellowship in Craniofacial Molecular Genetics and Stem Cell Research from UOP Dugoni School of Dentistry, San Francisco and went on medical missions to provide free dental care to cleft lip and palate patients. She received her DDS degree from UCSF School of Dentistry.
She is a highly trained and experienced dentist with a warm and caring personality. She received her first dental degree from India in 2002 followed by a three year residency program in Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics. She has many years of experience practicing in India before relocating to the U.S.A.
Dr. Ravi continues to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology through continuing education programs and regularly updates her skill sets. She also got her training at The Duggan Institute of Dentistry, California to optimize her functional skills. Her goal is to provide highest quality of dental care to patients of all ages.
She is an active member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Santa Clara County Dental Association, and American Cleft Lip and Palate Association.
In her free time, Dr. Ravi loves to travel with her husband and son. She also enjoys painting, cooking and biking.
