  • We are committed to work with your dental insurance company in maximizing your spending and minimizing your “out of pocket” expense for your complete dental treatment plan.
  • We take responsibility of filing all the claims paperwork for you.
  • We also make sure that you do not have any surprise expense at the end of the procedure.

Patient Billing

We are also committed to give you the most affordable dental care at a very competitive price.
For your convenience we accept all credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
We request you to have payment or an approved payment plan ready before your appointment.
Ongoing accounts can also be charged to the credit cards and if you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (408) 223-9600.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Insurance claims are cleared within 4-6 weeks. We will send you an invoice every month in case there is a balance on your account.
